  • 1/2 cups Sour Cream
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1/2 envelopes (about 1 Oz. Envelope) Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Divided
  • 1 cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 2 stalks Green Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 6 slices Bacon, Cooked Crisp

Directions

    In mixing bowl, cream together the sour cream, cream cheese and dry ranch mix.

    Add half of the sharp cheese, the pepper jack cheese, green onions and crushed crisp bacon.

    Fold until blended.

    Place mixture on a piece of plastic wrap and shape into a ball as best you can.

    Chill for at least 1 hour.

    Take the ball out of the plastic and smooth it with your hands.

    Roll the cheese ball in the remaining sharp cheddar cheese.

    You might need to press the shredded cheese into the ball if it is too cold and firm.

    Serve with crackers.

    Store tightly wrapped in the fridge.
