- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/2 envelopes (about 1 Oz. Envelope) Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
- 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Divided
- 1 cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
- 2 stalks Green Onions, Finely Chopped
- 6 slices Bacon, Cooked Crisp
Directions

1In mixing bowl, cream together the sour cream, cream cheese and dry ranch mix.

2Add half of the sharp cheese, the pepper jack cheese, green onions and crushed crisp bacon.

3Fold until blended.

4Place mixture on a piece of plastic wrap and shape into a ball as best you can.

5Chill for at least 1 hour.

6Take the ball out of the plastic and smooth it with your hands.

7Roll the cheese ball in the remaining sharp cheddar cheese.

8You might need to press the shredded cheese into the ball if it is too cold and firm.

9Serve with crackers.

10Store tightly wrapped in the fridge.
