- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- dry breadcrumbs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Drain artichoke hearts and cut into small pieces.

3Combine artichoke pieces, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese in a medium-size bowl and mix thoroughly.

4Transfer mixture into an ovenproof serving dish and sprinkle top with breadcrumbs. Bake for 15 minutes.

5Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
