- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. Rice Krispies
Directions

1Cream butter and sugars together in large bowl.

2Add vanilla, oil and egg.

3Sift together baking soda, cream of tartar and flour and add; then add oats, coconut and Rice Krispies.

4Drop by spoonful onto ungreased baking sheet.

5Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
