- 150 g butter
- 200 g Philadelphia cream cheese
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1/2 liter (1.1 pt.) cream
- 1 pkg. vanilla sugar
- juice from 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
Directions

1Crumble the biscuits (rub them through a sieve), then make a base by mixing them well with 150 grams melted butter.

2Press the base well in a buttered cake form (12-inch).

3Keep 2 tablespoons for later.
