  • 2 trout
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 12 tablespoons garlic salt

Directions

    Clean the fish, cut the heads and tail off.

    Place clean 1 fish on foil, put 1/2 cup butter inside and some on the outside of the fish.
  3. 3
    Sprinkle the Garlic Salt inside ontop of the butter and 1/2 as much on the outside.

    Repeat for the second fish.

    Wrap each fish in its own foil wrap.
  6. 6
    Place on BBQ on low-med heat.
  7. 7
    Cook for about 30-40 min, depending on how hot you cook them.
