- 2 trout
- 1 cup butter
- 1 12 tablespoons garlic salt
Directions

1Clean the fish, cut the heads and tail off.

2Place clean 1 fish on foil, put 1/2 cup butter inside and some on the outside of the fish.

3Sprinkle the Garlic Salt inside ontop of the butter and 1/2 as much on the outside.

4Repeat for the second fish.

5Wrap each fish in its own foil wrap.

6Place on BBQ on low-med heat.
-
7Cook for about 30-40 min, depending on how hot you cook them.

8Enjoy!
