- 1 as needed Egg
- 3 Egg whites (about a 1/2 cup)
- 1 Chopped scallion
- 2 tsp Minced garlic
- 1 cup Unsweetened soy milk
- 1 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Gruyere
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 1 Pie crust (preferably one that is made with fell ingredients)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350

2In a large mixing bowl beat eggs and then add all ingredients in listed in step one and mix well.

3Add in the cheese listed and mix well.

4Toss in the chopped broccoli

5Pour ingredients into the pie crust.

6If you rather make your own here is a great whole wheat pie crust that is easy to make.
