Ingredients

  • 1 as needed Egg
  • 3 Egg whites (about a 1/2 cup)
  • 1 Chopped scallion
  • 2 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 cup Unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Gruyere
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1 Pie crust (preferably one that is made with fell ingredients)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350

    In a large mixing bowl beat eggs and then add all ingredients in listed in step one and mix well.

    Add in the cheese listed and mix well.

    Toss in the chopped broccoli

    Pour ingredients into the pie crust.
