- 1 pound Ground Chuck
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Catsup
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Mustard
- 1/4 cups Cheddar Cheese, Grated
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together with a fork and place meat mixture on the bun halves.

2Put buns on a cookie sheet and place under the broiler for 10 to 15 minutes.

3The tricky part is broiling them so the inside of the meat mixture gets done, but not too burnt on top.

4I usually move the rack further from the broiler element so the buns dont burn before theyre done.

5Keep an eye on them, and adjust racks and broiler temp accordingly.
