  • 1 pound Ground Chuck
  • 1 whole Onion, Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Catsup
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Mustard
  • 1/4 cups Cheddar Cheese, Grated

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together with a fork and place meat mixture on the bun halves.

    Put buns on a cookie sheet and place under the broiler for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. 3
    The tricky part is broiling them so the inside of the meat mixture gets done, but not too burnt on top.

    I usually move the rack further from the broiler element so the buns dont burn before theyre done.

    Keep an eye on them, and adjust racks and broiler temp accordingly.
