  • 1 envelope dry yeast
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1 3/4 cups unbleached flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Toppings:
  • 1/3 cup Italian blend cheese or Parmesan
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil
  • 1/4-1/3 cup onion (optional)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Sauce:
  • Italian style diced tomatoes or
  • Regular pizza sauce - toast anise seed and fennel seed - grind and simmer w/ tomatoes for 20 minutes (or so)
