  • 1-1/2 ounce, weight Jello-O Sugar Free Instant Chocolate Fudge Pudding Mix
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 box (10 Oz. Size) Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies
  • 2 cups Lite Cool Whip, Thawed
  • 3 sprigs Fresh Mint

Directions

    Make Jello pudding according to the directions on the box (my box required 1 cup of milk as listed above). Let the pudding set for 10 minutes in the fridge.

    Place cookies in a Ziploc bag (reserve a few whole cookies for garnish) and crumble them with a rolling pin.

    In small glasses, layer heaping tablespoons of Jello pudding, Cool Whip, and crushed Thin Mints. Top with a fresh mint sprig and a whole cookie. Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
