- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1In bowl, mix all ingredients except flour.

2When blended, add flour.

3Blend well.

4Heat 8-inch skillet over medium heat.

5Brush with shortening.

6Pour batter 2 tablespoons at a time into skillet. Tilt pan to make a 6-inch round thin pancake.

7Brown about 1 minute, then turn to brown on the other side.

8Serve immediately with butter and syrup.

9Makes 14 to 16 pancakes.
