  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • vegetable cooking spray
  • 2 unpeeled medium size peaches, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. apple juice
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. brown sugar, divided
