- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 packages yeast
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 4 or 5 c. plain flour, sifted
Directions

1Combine milk, sugar, salt, margarine and heat until lukewarm. Combine yeast and flour and add to water.

2Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic.

3Put into greased oven proof container.

4Cover with a lid or foil.

5Turn oven on at 425° for ONE MINUTE and TURN OFF!!

6Put container in oven for 15 minutes. Remove and shape as desired.

7Can be baked immediately or let set for 30 minutes.
