- 1 pkg. frozen French-cut green beans
- 1 pkg. frozen baby lima beans
- 1 pkg. frozen English peas
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cans water chestnuts, thinly sliced
Directions

1Cook beans and peas separately according to package directions.

2Drain and combine all three.

3Add milk, mayonnaise, onion, water chestnuts and salt to taste.

4Pour into buttered casserole.

5Butter 3 or 4 slices of bread.

6Cut into cubes. Sprinkle on top of mixture.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, until bubbly.
