Three Bean - Pasta Salad

- 1 (16 oz.) can cut wax beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
- 8 oz. cooked pasta (ditalini)
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. oil (olive or peanut)
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook and drain the pasta.

2Empty the beans and drain well. Place the beans and pasta in a mixing bowl.

3Add the sugar and vinegar; toss until sugar is dissolved.

4Add all the remaining ingredients.

5Toss well and chill at least 2 hours.

6Makes about 8 cups.
