Ingredients

  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can cut wax beans, drained
  • 1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2/3 c. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • onion slices

Directions

    Combine beans, green pepper and onion in a large bowl and toss lightly.

    Combine remaining ingredients, except onion slices, and pour over tossed vegetables.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with onion slices. Yields 10 servings.
