- 1 lb Brussels sprout, clean and halved
- 1 lb bacon, uncured, cut into dice
- 14 cup butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Directions

1Wash Brussels sprouts and dry.

2Cut in half and set aside.

3In a large skillet, brown diced bacon.

4When bacon is crisp, remove it from the pan and turn back heat to medium.

5Add butter to the bacon grease and stir until melted and combined.

6Place Brussels sprouts, cut side down, in the butter/grease and cover to cook 10 minutes.

7Carefully, turn Brussels sprouts over and cover, cooking 10 minutes longer.

8Remove lid and stir in the crumbled bacon.

9Heat through, approximately 5 minutes.

10Serve piping hot!
