  • 1 lb Brussels sprout, clean and halved
  • 1 lb bacon, uncured, cut into dice
  • 14 cup butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Directions

    Wash Brussels sprouts and dry.

    Cut in half and set aside.

    In a large skillet, brown diced bacon.

    When bacon is crisp, remove it from the pan and turn back heat to medium.

    Add butter to the bacon grease and stir until melted and combined.

    Place Brussels sprouts, cut side down, in the butter/grease and cover to cook 10 minutes.

    Carefully, turn Brussels sprouts over and cover, cooking 10 minutes longer.

    Remove lid and stir in the crumbled bacon.

    Heat through, approximately 5 minutes.

    Serve piping hot!
