  • 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. Pace picante sauce (hot, medium or mild)
  • 1 medium bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 8 small flour tortillas

Directions

    Combine 1 cup of Monterey Jack cheese, 1 cup of Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and 1/4 cup of picante sauce.

    Saute bell pepper and green onions.

    Drain off butter and add to cheese mixture.

    Add cumin and mix well.
