- 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. Pace picante sauce (hot, medium or mild)
- 1 medium bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 8 small flour tortillas
Directions

1Combine 1 cup of Monterey Jack cheese, 1 cup of Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and 1/4 cup of picante sauce.

2Saute bell pepper and green onions.
