  • 1 15-oz. container Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) grated or sliced Swiss or Muenster cheese
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh or freeze-dried chives
  • 2 nine-inch pie shells
