- 4 c. whole kernel corn
- 1/2 c. oleo, softened
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Directions

1Drain whole kernel corn.

2Mix oleo, sour cream, and egg. Stir in all corn.

3Stir in muffin mix.

4Pour into a well greased 8 x 8 casserole dish.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until set.
