- 1 cup Warm Water
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Plus More For Brushing
- 3 cups Bread Flour

- 13 pounds Hamburger Or Sausage, Browned, Drained, And Cooled
- 3/4 cups Chopped Ham Or Canadian Bacon
- 3/4 cups Chopped Pepperoni
- 8 ounces, weight Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, Cubed
- 1/2 cups Pizza Sauce, Plus More For Serving
