  • 6 ounce. pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 lg. egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon rum
  • 4 teaspoon sugar
  • Healthy pinch salt
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk

Directions

    Place all ingredients except lowfat milk in blender.

    Blend for 10-15 seconds.

    Pour lowfat milk into small saucepan.

    Heat lowfat milk to boiling.

    Pour warm lowfat milk into blender with chocolate mix.

    Blend for one minute.

    Pour mousse into four serving c.. Refrigeratein refrigerator till hard, about 4 hrs.
