- 6 ounce. pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 lg. egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoon rum
- 4 teaspoon sugar
- Healthy pinch salt
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
Directions

1Place all ingredients except lowfat milk in blender.

2Blend for 10-15 seconds.

3Pour lowfat milk into small saucepan.

4Heat lowfat milk to boiling.

5Pour warm lowfat milk into blender with chocolate mix.

6Blend for one minute.

7Pour mousse into four serving c.. Refrigeratein refrigerator till hard, about 4 hrs.
