- 3 lb. green cabbage
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 medium onions
- 1 green pepper
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 c. oil
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 heaping tsp. salt
Directions

1Grate cabbage, onions and pepper into a large bowl.

2Mix sugar and 2 cups vinegar and pour over the vegetables.

3Combine 1 cup vinegar, oil, celery seed and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

4Pour over the first mixture.

5Cover and refrigerate three weeks before serving.
