- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour, white flour and wheat germ
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. applesauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/3 c. molasses
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients; set aside.

2Mix oil, egg and molasses. Add vegetables.

3Gradually add dry ingredients into egg mixture. Pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan, lightly oiled.
