- 1 c. margarine, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans, finely chopped
- 2 1/4 c. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
- 1 c. powdered sugar
Directions

1Cream margarine and sugar. Add flavoring, flour and nuts. Chill in freezer for 30 minutes.

2Roll into small balls and put on ungreased cookie sheet.

3Put thumbprint into ball.

4Cook at 275° for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly brown.

5Cool.

6Put icing in middle. Use any flavor icing.
