- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh thyme or 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. grated lime peel
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 chicken breast halves
- 4 chicken thighs
Directions

1In a small saucepan, over low heat, melt butter in olive oil; add lime juice, thyme, lime peel, garlic, salt and pepper.

2Place chicken on a greased broiler pan. Brush with sauce.

3Broil, basting frequently, 6 to 7-inches from the heat, for 15 to 20 minutes on each side or until the chicken juices run clear. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
