- Small bundle fresh thyme
- 1 cup sugar
Directions

1Add 1 cup water and thyme to a small saucepan, and bring to a boil.

2Reduce heat, and allow to simmer for 15 minutes.

3Add sugar, and stir until it dissolves.

4Remove from heat.

5Allow to cool for 20 minutes, then strain.

6Discard thyme.

7Refrigerate syrup immediately.
