  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp chilly powder
  • 2 tbsp tamarind paste
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 5 medium curry leaves

Directions

    Rub juice of one lemon and salt in chicken breasts.keep for 15 minutes

    In a bowl mix chopped nuts,garlic,chilly powder,tamarind paste,soy sauce and curry leaves.

    Put chicken in this marinate and keep aside for 30 minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan fry well or grill it..

    Use onion and lettuce leaves for garnishing.
