- large bunch broccoli
- 2 pkg. cooked and crumbled bacon
- 2 c. chopped green onion
- 2 c. raisins
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 c. Best Foods mayonnaise (don't use low-fat or imitation)
- 12 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
Directions

1Chop broccoli and peeled stems into bite size pieces. Mix with cooked bacon, onion and raisins.

2In separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar and raisins.

3Mix into broccoli mixture.

4Chill several hours or overnight.

5Makes 28 to 32 servings.
