  • 1 can Chipotle with adobo sauce
  • 2 large Chicken breast
  • 1 can V8 juice
  • 1 dash Black pepper
  • 1 as needed Ketchup
  • 1 packages Hard tostada shells
  • 1 as needed Optional- lettuce, sour cream, guacamole

    Boil chicken breast

    Drain and shred chicken

    Blend can of chipotle in blender till smooth then add it to chicken

    Add small can of v8

    Add black pepper and ketchup to taste.

    Ketchup helps to balance heat of chipotle.

    Heat on medium to low.

    Heat till chicken is not so watery.

    Finish serve on tostada shell and enjoy
