- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 3 pt. oysters
- turkey innards, ground
- 8 large onions
- 2 bunches shallots
- 1 pod garlic cloves
- 3 large bell peppers
- 1 large celery
- 2 loaves French bread (stale)
Directions

1Brown ground beef, pork and turkey innards thoroughly for approximately 1/2 hour.

2Saute the onions, shallots, garlic, celery and bell peppers.

3Soak bread in oyster juice.

4Squeeze and drain in colander.

5Add to mixture.

6Cook on low heat for several hours. Next morning, add oysters.

7Add oyster juice according to texture.
