  • 1 lb. fresh sausage links
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450°.

    With fork, prick 1 pound sausage links. Place in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Bake 15 minutes or until well browned.

    Turn once.

    In blender on low speed, blend eggs, milk, flour, thyme and salt until smooth.

    Pour off all but 1/4 cup of fat from links.

    Pour batter over links; return to oven for 25 minutes until browned crust.
