- 8 slices white bread
- 20g butter
- 1 cup grated KRAFT Tasty Cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 shortcut baconrashers, chopped Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
Directions

1CUT a 5cm round hole from the centre of each slice of bread using a biscuit or scone cutter and discard.

2Spread one side of each slice with butter then place buttered side up on a paper lined baking tray.

3SPRINKLE 3/4 cup of the cheese over the bread then top each with another slice of bread.

4Crack an egg into each hole.

5Sprinkle over bacon and remaining cheese.

6BAKE in a hot oven 200C for 15-20 minutes or until egg is cooked and cheese is golden.

7Serve immediately.

8NB.

9Make fresh breadcrumbs by processing the discarded bread rounds in a food processor.

10Freeze until required.
