Ingredients

  • 8 slices white bread
  • 20g butter
  • 1 cup grated KRAFT Tasty Cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 shortcut baconrashers, chopped Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06

Directions

    CUT a 5cm round hole from the centre of each slice of bread using a biscuit or scone cutter and discard.

    Spread one side of each slice with butter then place buttered side up on a paper lined baking tray.

    SPRINKLE 3/4 cup of the cheese over the bread then top each with another slice of bread.

    Crack an egg into each hole.

    Sprinkle over bacon and remaining cheese.

    BAKE in a hot oven 200C for 15-20 minutes or until egg is cooked and cheese is golden.

    Serve immediately.

    Make fresh breadcrumbs by processing the discarded bread rounds in a food processor.

    Freeze until required.
