    1) Smoked Salmon + Tzatziki + Cracked Pepper Smear a slice of toast with 1-2 tablespoons of Cava Tzatziki. Top with a few pieces of fresh smoked salmon and finish with fresh cracked pepper.

    2) Hummus + Avocado + Fried Egg + Chili Flakes Smear a slice of toast with 1-2 tablespoons of Cava Traditional Hummus. Top with a few slices of avocado, an over-medium fried egg, and a sprinkle of chili flakes for extra heat.

    3) Maple-Cinnamon Greek Yogurt Hummus + Apples + Maple Drizzle + Cinnamon For Maple-Cinnamon Greek Yogurt Hummus: Whisk one container Cava Greek Yogurt hummus, 3 tablespoons maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/2 lemon, juiced. Adjust syrup quantity to your taste. To assemble, smear a slice of toast with 1-2 tablespoons of Maple-Cinnamon Greek Yogurt Hummus. Top with a few slices of apple, a light drizzle of maple syrup, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

    4) Greek Yogurt + Citrus-Roasted Pears + Honey Drizzle + Chia Seeds For citrus-roasted pear: Preheat oven to 375°F. Stir together 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger. Thinly slice 3-4 Bosc pears (slightly under-ripe). Add pear slices and juice of one grapefruit to a bowl. Marinate for 5-10 minutes. Arrange pears in a large baking dish. Sprinkle with the sugar mixture. Roast the pears for 15 minutes. Turn the pears over and continue roasting for 10-15 minutes longer, until tender and lightly golden. To assemble, smear a slice of toast with 1-2 tablespoons Greek yogurt. Top with a few slices of roasted pears, a drizzle of honey, and 1/2 teaspoon or so of chia seeds.
