- 2 can (15 oz.) chickpeas (4 cups) rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 spices of your choice
- 1 salt (to taste)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2In a medium bowl combine chickpeas with olive oil and all your favorite spices.

3I used paprika, garlic powder, Cumin, and salt.

4Mix well so as to coat chickpeas.

5Evenly spread them out on a foil lined cookie sheet,

6Toast for 20 minutes first, then shake cookie sheet gently to redistribute the little guys.

7Toast for another 20-25 minutes.

8Remove from oven.

9Put in a glass or metal bowl.

10Taste test...if you think that you need more salt or any other spices, now is a good time to add them and stir well.
