- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
- 1 unbaked pastry crust
Directions

1Thoroughly combine eggs, sugar, margarine, lemon juice and vanilla. Stir in coconut and pour into unbaked pie crust.

2Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
