  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
  • 4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
  • 1 unbaked pastry crust

Directions

    Thoroughly combine eggs, sugar, margarine, lemon juice and vanilla. Stir in coconut and pour into unbaked pie crust.
