- 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 3 c. pecan pieces
- 12 oz. chocolate flavored candy coating (dark)
Directions

1Melt butter in 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.

2Spread pecans evenly in pan.

3Bake at 300° for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

4Place candy coating in top of a double boiler.

5Bring water to a boil.

6Reduce heat to low; cook until coating melts. Cool 2 minutes.

7Add pecans and stir until coated.

8Drop by teaspoon on wax paper.

9Cool completely.

10Yields about 4 dozen.
