- 1 c. pecans
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Measure pecans in a small bowl.

2Mix vinegar and sugar; pour over pecans and stir to coat thoroughly.

3Let stand 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.

4Place pecans in a shallow baking dish and bake in a 300° oven for 10 minutes.

5Add melted butter to pecans, stir and allow to bake for another 5 minutes.
