  • 2 to 3 c. pecan halves
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (approximately)
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • red pepper (to sprinkle on, if desired)
  • nonstick cooking spray

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Mix melted butter, garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce together. Coat pecan halves with mixture. Sprinkle with red pepper, if desired. Bake at 325° for about 25 minutes. Stir halfway through baking. Remove when crispy. Keep an eye on them, so they don't burn.
