- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- dash of salt
Directions

1Lightly beat 1 egg white.

2Add pecan halves; mix thoroughly with spoon until all pecans are coated.

3Mix the sugar, cinnamon and salt together.

4Sprinkle over pecan halves; mix thoroughly. Pour onto ungreased cookie sheet.

5Bake in preheated 300° oven for 30 minutes.
