- 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Oregano
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Basil
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Thyme
- 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon White Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
- 5 Tablespoons Sweet Paprika
- 1 package Pita Bread (10 Count)
- 1 cup Olive Oil, More Or Less To Taste
Directions

1Cut your pita breads into eighths for wedges (half then half then half again).

2Using as much or little oil as you want/need....

3Mix seasonings into the oil and brush over wedges (both sides).

4Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

5Toast wedges on a cookie sheet 5-6 minutes on first side.

6Then flip and toast for another minute or two till golden brown.

7Enjoy with your choice of dip!
