  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried Oregano
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried Basil
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon White Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 5 Tablespoons Sweet Paprika
  • 1 package Pita Bread (10 Count)
  • 1 cup Olive Oil, More Or Less To Taste

Directions

    Cut your pita breads into eighths for wedges (half then half then half again).

    Using as much or little oil as you want/need....

    Mix seasonings into the oil and brush over wedges (both sides).

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Toast wedges on a cookie sheet 5-6 minutes on first side.

    Then flip and toast for another minute or two till golden brown.

    Enjoy with your choice of dip!
