- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 13 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup egg substitute
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 14 cup canola oil
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup walnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
Directions

1Combine flours, sugar, baking powder and salt.

2Combine egg, milk, oil and vanilla.

3Stir into dry mixture just until moistened.

4Fold in nuts.

5Transfer to an 8x4x2-inch loaf pan coated with nonstick spray.

6Bake at 350 degrees 50-55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

7Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
