  • 30 whole Graham Crackers, Approximately (4 Crackers Per Sheet)
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt, Coarse, Optional

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a cookie sheet with graham crackers to cover the bottom. Break where necessary but do not overlap.

    In a saucepan, bring to a boil the butter and sugar; boil for 2 minutes. Pour evenly over the graham crackers. Bake for 8 minutes.

    Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let them sit a few minutes to melt, and then spread the chocolate with a knife. Sprinkle with salt if that suits your taste. Cool completely, then cut or break into squares.
