Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
  • 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • saltine crackers

Directions

    Line a 11 x 17-inch jelly roll pan with foil.

    Spray with cooking spray or grease with margarine.

    Place a layer of saltines in bottom of pan.

    Simmer butter and brown sugar until they form a clear brown syrup.

    Pour over saltines.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over crackers.
  8. 8
    Spread the chocolate to cover toffee and sprinkle pecans over it.

    Chill and break into pieces.
