- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 c. toffee bits
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine flour and baking soda; set aside.

2Beat butter with an electric mixer until fluffy, 1 minute.

3Add sugars and beat until smooth, 2 minutes.

4Add egg, milk, and vanilla, then beat to combine.

5Add flour mixture and mix until moistened.

6Stir in toffee and pecans into dough.

7Spoon onto an ungreased baking sheet in rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart and bake 10 to 12 minutes.
