  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c. toffee bits
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine flour and baking soda; set aside.

    Beat butter with an electric mixer until fluffy, 1 minute.

    Add sugars and beat until smooth, 2 minutes.

    Add egg, milk, and vanilla, then beat to combine.

    Add flour mixture and mix until moistened.

    Stir in toffee and pecans into dough.
