Ingredients
- 110 grams butter
- 250 grams light brown sugar
- 275 grams golden syrup (corn syrup)
- 225 ml double cream (heavy cream)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or salt (vanilla goes best with fruits. salt goes best with chocolate)
Directions

1put all ingredients in order into a pan and stir until melted.

2boil for 4-5 minutes

3remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes.

4The sauce will still be incredibly hot so no dipping fingers yet

5sterilise 2-3 jars and pour in sauce.

6store in a cupboard.

7If it hardens too much when cooled, warm slightly
