  • 1 lb. firm tofu
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato puree
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. paprika

Directions

    Coarsely grind tofu in food processor.

    Saute garlic in olive oil.
  3. 3
    Stir in tofu.
  4. 4
    Add soy sauce, tomato puree and paprika. Heat on low for no more than 5 minutes.

    (Tofu releases moisture if cooked too long!)

    Tasty on toasted wheat bread and served with black olives!
