- 1 lb. firm tofu
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato puree
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Coarsely grind tofu in food processor.

2Saute garlic in olive oil.

3Stir in tofu.

4Add soy sauce, tomato puree and paprika. Heat on low for no more than 5 minutes.

5(Tofu releases moisture if cooked too long!)

6Tasty on toasted wheat bread and served with black olives!
