- 3 stalks green onions, chopped
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 to 4 shiitake (dried mushrooms), soaked and chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 can tuna, drained
Directions

1Cut tofu into quarters and boil in salted water for 20 minutes.

2Drain and crumble.

3Combine with the other ingredients and bake for 40 minutes at 350°.
