Ingredients

  • 6 ounces tofu (I use Mori-Nu silken soft lite)
  • 1/4 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise (I use Nasoya)
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh is best)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste, I use sea salt)

    Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
