Tofu Dressing

Ingredients

  • 225 g firm tofu
  • 4 small onions, finely sliced
  • 1 teaspoon white miso
  • 1 -2 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 8 spring onions, finely diced

Directions

    In a liquidiser puree the tofu with 1-2tbsp of water.

    Add the onion and miso and liquidise until creamy.

    Add the rice vinegar and extra water if necessary.
  4. 4
    Stir in the spring onions and serve over salads, rice or steamed veg.
