- 12 ounces silken tofu lite
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons liquor orange
Directions

1Puree in a food processor until smooth.

2You can use vanilla extract instead of orange liquor or almond extract, it is really up to you.

3Also to color it some time I use 1/4 cup of boiled beet and puree it with the tofu, it gives the frosting a nice color.

4Some time for lite texture I fold this cream into fat free Cool Whip.
